‘COMEDY FOR CHANGE’ - A fundraising Event for #TrueChange for Children and Youth in Gugulethu
The Cape Town based Non Profit Organisation CTO (Contribution To Opportunities NPC) partners with the Cape Town Comedy Club for a life-changing evening of laughter on 9 October 2018, 8pm at the Pumphouse, V&A Waterfront.
Comedy for Change promises a laid-back night packed with some of Cape Town’s finest comedic talent. Prize-winning comedian Carl Weber, Paarl-born newcomer Lindy Johnson and headline act Dylan Skews will entertain with a genuine mix of twisted story-telling, outlandish thoughts and pure fun, showcasing some of the best that Cape Town’s comedy circuit has to offer.
Aside from all the fun on stage, the Cape Town Comedy Club restaurant and bar will offer dinner and drinks from 6pm onwards. CTO invites guest to come early as in addition to the comedic programme and culinary delights, a Lucky Draw will give the guests a chance to win some awesome surprises.
What better way to enjoy an evening out, than laughing for a good cause! Our Comedy for Change event will not only help raise funds for our programmes but also be a fantastic opportunity to share our love for community based projects for youth and children, in a fun way.
